Hi everyone Troy Sabetta in Australia here, we have just welcomed 2 beautiful cousins to our country Marco and Luigino. Lots of love, fun, drink and food with be on the menu for the next 2 weeks with Adrian’s Wedding tomorrow. Next it is our tune to come to Italy via Ireland and to visit Flavour of Italy and Pinocchio’s were there is great atmosphere, company and looks and it goes without saying, comes great food 10/10 in all areas and my nose did not grow!!! M Father Guy Sabetta also sends many hello’s with big hugs and laughter.....Stay Cool everyone Love and Beer Troy.

hi everyone! a small thought, there a two way to taste and breath a bit of italian culture if you are not italian:one is to go to italy and live there for yaer or so, but not a lot of people can get a year of work off! number two will be much easier and you dont need to bother your boss asking for holiday: let your hand be grabbed by the team of the italian school of cooking here in dublin, experience the italian culture through hospitality, food, wine and the sun they carry inside!
Yes, it is possible to feel the italian culture in dublin. bravi ragazzi! keep up the hard work and always be yourself! ciao
