Flavour of Italy has operated in Dublin and in Italy for the past 7 years and has 2 head offices. One in the Irish capital, which includes the School of Cooking, Cateritaly, Pinocchio Italian restaurant and Wine Bar and one in Italy, in Campobasso, that houses the administrative offices and the travel agency.

The Flavour of Italy Group was founded by two Italian entrepreneurs and is composed of 4 companies with one mission: to promote and enhance the value of Italian quality gourmet products on the national and international market. Our main areas of interest are: share the best of Italian Cuisine and "gastronomia" with our Restaurant Pinocchio, professional training through the Italian School of Cooking in Dublin, catering and banqueting with Cateritaly and tourism and travel through Flavour of Italy Travel.

Flavour of Italy was in 2010 one of the 5 finalist for the important AWARD “WINE EXPERIENCE OF THE YEAR”.
Flavour of Italy was one of the 4 finalist to the prestigious Italian Award “Premio Raffaello”, dedicated to those people that are promoting the “made in Italy” abroad.
