	1 night Isernia/Alto Molise area - 3 nights Campobasso
Day 1	Accommodation in spa hotel in the Isernia area. 90" free entrance to the Spa area and relax. Dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Day 2	Breakfast in hotel. Departure to Alto Molise, the mountain area around Isernia with beautiful views. Visit to Agnone with the bell museum. For the past thousand years, Agnone has made bells for the Vatican and many other countries. Agnone is also well known for its cheese production. Tasting of caciocavallo and stracciata cheese. Lunch in Restaurant with typical recipes from Molise. Departure to Campobasso. Accommodation in hotel and dinner in local restaurant.
Day 3	Breakfast in hotel. Full day Jeep tour on the tratturo, the old trakcs used for transhumance. During the tours stops to visit the places where we source artisan “molisani” products. Pic-nic based on local delights. Visit to the city centre of Campobasso and time for shopping. Tasting dinner in restaurant located in the historical city centre
Day 4	Breakfast in hotel. Visit to the charming village of Ripalimosani, where in the main Church you can see a copy of the Holi Shroud. Cookery class in the charming convent of the village, to learn how to cook the most traditional recipes, lunch with the prepared dishes. Aperitif with a tasting of Tintilia together with other wines from Molise. Good-by dinner in rural restaurant immersed in a century- old forest.
Day 5	Breakfast in hotel and departure.
