	The resort is a real oasis of total well-being, a place completely surrounded by nature and yet  at close distance from the most important artistic cities of Umbria. Guests will also appreciate the great variety of outdoor opportunities in the area:  it is possible  to choose among many different paths to go for a walk or ride mountain-bikes, there aer two  golf courses which are just close by and in a riding ground only two kilometres from the Resort.
	The 50 rooms, either with a balcony or a patio, offer a wonderful view of the majestic Umbrian nature. You can choose among rooms or suites, all of them conceived in the traditional Umbrian style,  namely exposed beams, terracotta or parquet flooring. Our elegant and exclusive suites  feature a bedroom, a lounge and two private bathrooms with hydro-massage tub. Some of  them have very refined period furniture, while in the others you will be welcomed by a romantic  canopy bed or an inviting fireplace. But the most breathtaking room is definitely the Imperial  Suite, which includes an infra-red sauna and a private heated indoor swimming pool.
	The SPA is the flagship of the Resort. We boast the largest well-being centre in Umbria, with  more than 1200 m² of exclusive rooms, offering personalized treatments, natural products and  high quality trademarks. Guests will experience a 5-senses SPA journey, relaxing in the  suggestive and charming “Il Mondo delle Acque - Arc en Ciel”, “Il Mondo delle Saune - Il  Tempio delle Voci” and the romantic private SPAs conceived for couples. In all the individual and couple SPA treatments, natural products of own production are used,  such as olive oil and wine, or typical products (Umbrian chocolate).
